My name is Jason Walker AKA Jay Dub Money Maker is what they call me in the HVAC Industry. I Started in the HVAC Industry in 2010. Starting from the Warehouse Shop cleaner I had the work ethic and drive that would bring me to the Next Level. I went from Warehouse Shop cleaner to Duct Cleaner, Install helper, Parts Manager and a Comfort Advisor.

I made a name for myself my 1st year in the HVAC industry as a Comfort Advisor in 2014. In my 1st calendar year I had 8 months left and produced over 2.2 Million. Every year after that I have done over 3 million up to 3.8 Million in Revenue closing Average 65-70%. In the last 6 years I have sold over $18,000,000 in residential replacement. I saw the potential and the opportunity that this industry has.

It is now my MISSION and I believe that everyone has a Spartan in them and it’s MY Job MY Duty and Obligation to bring that out of you. This has allowed me to step out and Share my gift with the World. I have spent hundreds and thousands of hours fine tuning my Sales process in the HVAC Space, which is why I was Ranked 3rd in the Nation as a Comfort Advisor sales with Success Academy & Air Time 500 and was appointed the Crown Champion award multiple years in a row as well as been written about in the Compass Magazine titled Learning from the BEST! Now that I have been running my Training program, Companies have seen HUGE results with getting their Average Tickets up by 10% and some up to 40% as well as Higher Average tickets increase by $1,000- as high as $4,000. My trainings has allowed me to share with others in this industry across the Country what’s possible with the right Mindset, training, processes and procedures.

While traveling and training I have Visited Countless and Trained with some of the highest Successful people in our industry. I have experience opportunities that most HVAC Contractors will never have.

I started in the HVAC industry as an install helper with no tools. Right away I knew I had to absorb everything like a sponge. Six months later equipped with the tools and training, I was promoted to a Lead Installer then an opportunity opened for a Comfort Advisor role.
