This Package includes:

(6) 3 day Onsite Training per Year. This is a (3) Day Onsite Training. In the morning there will be class room training from 8am-10am. Trainer will break down 7 Step Sales Process, Introduction of the Door Knock, Questionnaire with PDF, PowerPoint with PDF, Heat-Load Calculations, Spartan Bag, Warranties, Presenting Options, Objection Handling, and Roll Playing. After 10am Trainer will break off and do Ride Along training with Techs or Comfort Advisors. Ride along will consist of coaching in the field, Battling In the trenches. With the team. Ride along. Training will consist of 2 rides a long’s per day.

BE OBSESSED PACKAGE

3 Days Onsite Ride along Trainings, Role Playing, Learn Sales Process, Learn Procedures, Questionnaire, Sales presentation, PowerPoint sales presentation, Heat Load Calculations, Spartan Brag Bag, Presenting Options and overcoming Objections, Every Morning run 1HR -2 HR Meeting/ Training with the team. After the meeting we break the remainder of the day and do a ride along with techs and train how to get/ retain club members, Higher Adv Ticket, Turn overs. Riding with Comfort Advisor helping run a process in house and happily involve clients.

RISE & GRIND PACKAGE

In Person (3) Day Onsite Ride along trainings ONLY. Ride along with techs/ Comfort Advisors train how to get/ retain club members, Higher Adv Ticket, Turn overs. Riding with Comfort Advisor helping run a process in house and happily involving clients.
Price: $6,666.66 per day (3 day minimum)
Total: $20,000*

CRUSH IT PACKAGE

In Person (2) Day Onsite Ride along trainings only. Ride along with techs/ Comfort Advisors train how to get/ retain club members, Higher Adv Ticket, Turn overs. Riding with Comfort Advisor helping run a process in house.
Price: $6,000 per day (2 day minimum)
Total: $12,000*

*Be Obsessed, Rise & Grind, Crush IT Packages would need a $5,000 down payment to secure the dates for training. Deposit is non-refundable if training is cancelled. If the Company would like to cancel, they can reschedule up to 6 months to utilize the $5,000 deposit toward training after 6 months it goes away.

ONLINE TRAINING

4 HOUR-COMPANY ONLINE TRAINING

Company Online training is 4 hours of training can’t be separated they need to be up to 4 hours straight. This training will go over Mindset, Goals, Coaching, Sales Process, Objection Training, PowerPoint presentation and presenting options.

3HR – ONLINE TRAINING

Online training is $1,500 per person up to 3hours. 3 hours of training can’t be separated they need to be up to 3 hours straight. This training will go over Mindset, Goals, Coaching, Sales Process, Objection Training, PowerPoint presentation and presenting options.
